Responsible for developing and maintaining institutional web applications, administering databases and servers, managing learning management systems, and providing technical support for academic and administrative operations. Contributed to the enhancement of the university’s faculty evaluation system, development of a custom IT ticketing platform, administration and authentication improvements of Schoology LMS, and implementation of database reporting and application deployment solutions. These initiatives helped improve administrative efficiency, streamline institutional workflows, enhance access to academic information, and strengthen the reliability and maintainability of university systems.
